Job Description:
As a Home Supervisor - Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of residential properties in Lahore. You will work closely with property owners and tenants to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling tenant inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to identify and address maintenance or repair needs
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and general maintenance tasks
- Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Oversee lease agreements and handle rent collection
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Ensure properties are in compliance with all local laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
