Documentation: Ensure that all required documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts, are accurately completed and processed.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and updating them on the status of their shipments.
Compliance: Stay updated on relevant transportation regulations and ensure that all shipments comply with legal requirements.
Tracking and Monitoring: Use tracking software and systems to monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
Reporting: Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation operations, such as on-time deliveries and cost metrics.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service representatives, to ensure smooth operations.
