Description: Scalemill is looking to hire sales development representatives, French speakers. The role involves scheduling and conducting product demos with prospects.

Timings: 6 pm to 2:30 am

Salary: Gross package of Rs100,000+ (basic salary between Rs70,000 to Rs80,000 + monthly bonuses + uncapped commissions and spiffs)

Tasks

Seek out new sales opportunities through calls, emails and other platforms

Educate prospects and create their interest in the product

Schedule online meetings for product demos between the prospects and account executives

Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

Manage assigned daily, weekly and monthly tasks

Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic and nurturing environment

Good communication skills in French (written and verbal)

Strong management skills to follow up, schedule and track appointments

Efficient problem solving skills

At least 2 years of proven experience in a related role
