Experience to working with Amazon & eBay if you donβt know then bascis knowledge about browsing. optional
Excellent spoken and written English required Must
Experience of Adobe Photoshop or any other photo-editing tools optional
Job Description Summary:
β’ Creating and managing product listing on eBay & Amazon and on other online sales channels you will be responsible for customer service queries via e-mail or phone regarding products and orders. You will also undertake new stock entry and maintain accurate stock levels
Responsibilities:
β’ Taking professional pictures of products, editing and uploading on eBay / Amazon / Company website.
β’ Responsible for ensuring all products are clearly listed with features and benefits and detailed descriptions for each item.
β’ Review product listing (this will involve amending detailed description)
Replying to the customers' queries
Printing Posting Lables and Keep tracking records
SEO expert with coding skills optional
Maintaining inventory of stock
Previous Ebay/Amazon/ online sales role for a business account is optional
Coding and software development experience is optional
Photography and Photoshop skills optional
β’ Conducting regular price checks to ensure our prices remain competitive.
β’ Research and responding to competitor activity/pricing to protect/enhance market share.
β’ Keep each marketplace updated with all the latest products and promotions.
β’ Order printing and managing logistics of inbound stock from suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the skills below:
β’ Great attention to detail is an absolute must!
β’ Basic-Advanced Photoshop or any other Photo-Editing skills
β’ Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel
β’ Competent use of Word / Excel / Internet
β’ Understanding of online sales strategies
β’ Good customer services skills
β’ Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team as well as managing own workload & time management
