Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural design concepts and plans.
2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections.
3. Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, existing conditions, and compliance with regulations.
4. Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for construction projects.
5. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Review and respond to project requests and specifications.
Job Specification
1. Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
5. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
