We are hiring for a customer service representative to manage Security Officer's queries and interact with them on calls, emails and chats.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and providing exceptional Customer Experience
Responding promptly to inquiries, and queries and communicating with customers through various channels including Calls, Chats, Emails, etc.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and making necessary correspondence
Logging the details in relevant CRM software and providing timely updates

Requirements:
The Interview will be conducted on 13 January 2024 at Lahore office is located at Raya Commercial Fairways DHA Phase 6, You must be flexible to come to this location for the job
Bachelor’s degree
Previous UK Based Security Control Room experience is a good asset
Must be comfortable working with shifts
Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Must be able to deal with pressure
