Job Description

(Required Male / Female As a Chat Support Agent,
you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers via chat. Your primary duties will include:

Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our products/services to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
Handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses and meeting performance metrics.
Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and concerns to facilitate continuous improvement in our support processes.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.


Requirements:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and chat support platforms is a plus.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
