• Price Analysis; Review of Price based on Market Competitiveness and Margin Contribution. (Past/ Current / Forecasted) • Technical Review of each product along with its competition in the market • communicate the performance of each product along with its updated stock status. • Update contribution of each product towards the sale of that category along with its contribution margin. • Selling trends of a particular product region wise and the performance through each S/R. • Developing strategies for slow moving / stuck stock either regional or global to the top management for its liquidation. • Suggestions / requirements for the new additions and development to be put forward to the product development department. This will also include the feedback on the new developed items and their performance over a certain time period. • Market research of close competitors in the market and a study of their product and prices. • Assisting the inventory department in allocating the distribution of finished inventory. • Assisting the inventory department in formulating the ROL’s and ROQ’s of the products. The ROL’s to be reviewed by the product department before entering into the systems. • Developing a product cycle (new developments/promotions/general recall) and assisting the marketing department in planning the activities. • Training for the products either for general information or for new developed items. • Ensuring the availability of all items in display at all POS. • Increases retail management's effectiveness by coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers so that teamwork excels in its way to achieve common objectives. • Communicating values, strategies, and objectives to respective Product owners to help them get the desired results • Assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising results; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing opportunities. • Constantly striving for improving the performance of retail stores and my team. • Achieving financial and sales goals, reaching and exceeding key measures. • Managing the profitability of each product in retail scope of work. • Managing and develop exports sales/ order in export scope of work.
