Bill Financials is an Accounting company, offering a hybrid system job, initially looking for a candidate to work from home and willing to join us after a complete office setup. Four hours working (2 hours morning and 2 hours evening/night)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of daily tasks
• Enter purchase and sales invoices.
• Enter daily expenses.
• Reconcile Vendors, Customers and Banks.
• Payroll
• Prepare Excel spreadsheet reports.
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
• Prepare tax documents.
• Compile and analyze financial statements.

Experience

• 2 Years experience in a similar position at company level.
• Quickbooks accounting software

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
• Fluent in English
