Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service in German through phone and email, resolving customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery, returns, and other post-sales issues.
2. Effectively handle customer complaints and disputes, ensuring proper resolution of issues to maintain the company's reputation.
3. Maintain customer database, record and track customer feedback and issues, ensuring timely update and archiving of customer information.
4. Assist the sales team in dealing with order issues from German customers, coordinating logistics and delivery to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
5. Provide valuable information and suggestions to relevant departments by relaying common customer issues and market information for product improvement and market decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in German at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate and write in German fluently.
2. Good command of English for basic communication.
3. Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
4. Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
