Job Description
IT Solution Design & Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop comprehensive IT solutions infrastructure including server, storage, operating systems, Virtualization platform, and related IT/Cloud services technologies.
Design innovative and cost-effective solutions that align with client needs and business objective.
Presales Support: Engage in presales activities, including preparing technical proposals, presentations, and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the proposed IT solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to address technical queries and concerns raised by prospective clients
Post-sales Deployment: Lead deployment of IT solutions & existing deployed project support ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation & Support process.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support.
Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
UpToDate Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of server architecture, storage solutions, operating systems, and VMware virtualization technologies Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and technical support, to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales activities.
Work closely with vendors to stay informed about product updates and enhancements
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, deployment processes, and client-specific configuration.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams as needed.
Knowledge Base: Possess working knowledge ofSystems, Storage and cloud experiences in HPE, Huawei, IBM, Dell EMC, Hitachi Vantara, NetApp, Cisco UCS, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform CISCO
