Job Description
- To manage the customer interface with respect to Service Delivery and Service Sales. This involves to manage Warranty and Service Contracts, monitor that all services are delivered according to contractual commitments and to provide feedback on delivery performance back into the organization.
- Setting business objectives & devising strategies to achieve the same.
- Successfully developing a long term strategic relationship with the nominated customer(s) to enable new sales of solutions.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of business.
- Be responsible for Escalation Management in emergencies or other urgent situations.
- Responsible for execution, service sales, realization, Account plan, etc
Job Specification
- At least 4 years of experience from Customer Services/Service Sales within the Telecom or similar industry.
- Customer Relation Management skills.
- Contract management skills
- Good communication and people management skills, strong commercial orientation & entrepreneurial skills
- Strong service solution selling skills with a drive to win new business.
- Good general knowledge of products and system and business situation of appointed customer's network.
- Good knowledge and understanding of local telecommunication market and service portfolio of Huawei will be an added advantage.
- Excellent personality, leadership skills, emotionally strong.
