- Plan, direct, and control all phases of a successful branch office.
- Develop staff members and build sales while controlling expenses and driving daily operations. Set an example for all staff through observable behaviour when dealing with applicants, temporary employees, clients and other staff members.
- Develop, implement and monitor operational procedures and quality Plans as per Spherion Quality System.
