Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing quality materials, equipment, and services required by our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
- Negotiate and finalize supplier contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met
- Coordinate with internal teams to determine procurement needs and specifications
- Prepare and maintain procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and procedures
