- Communicating daily with the management team, planning work schedules and checking client requirements;
- Dealing with customer complaints, comments and enquiries;
- Ensuring all events run smoothly;
- Managing budgets and financial plans;
- Handling or Resolving problems of student and also discuss this with their parents
- To manage current admission policy of the Center
- Taking responsibility for the recruitment, training, organisation and monitoring of staff;
- Achieving profit targets;
- Taking responsibility for the sales and marketing of the conference centre, including pricing, promotions, image/brand and profile;
- Leading by example in maintaining service standards of institute
- Researching markets to identify new business;
- Purchasing equipment necessary for education centre to operate;
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise.
Job Specification
Preferred degree in Computer Science, Marketing or similar focus
Friendly, energetic, and welcoming nature.
Working knowledge of current education trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as an integral part of a small team.
At least MBA having experience to run the Computer professional Institute independently.
