Job Description
The candidate MUST be capable of hands on configuration, problem determination, problem management, installation of a primarily Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper Firewall environment
The position is for Router, Switch, firewall, environments, but require the ability to adjust and support components across environments as required. \
Candidate must have good knowledge of routing and switching
Job Specification
All operational troubleshooting, including escalations, Incident management tracking, and RCA support for major incidents.
Candidate will be responsible to support customers of south region
