Job Description

Location: Bahria Town Lahore

We are seeking a professional Call Center Agent to join our team at Diamond Travels. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our travel services and products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, providing relevant information about our travel services, packages, and promotions.

2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm reservations, and upsell additional services and products.

3. Providing assistance with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tours.

4. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, and transactions, and updating customer information in the database.

5. Collaborating with other team members, including travel agents and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

6. Staying updated on industry trends and knowledge of the latest travel destinations, packages, and services.

7. Adhering to company policies, and procedures, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
3. Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers.
4. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
5. Knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation processes is an advantage
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or travel-related fields is a plus.
