Summary
This is a entry level position in the TAC department. You will be working as part of a worldwide professional support team and your basic duty would be to resolve customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions as per the set SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Set up, test, administer and troubleshoot Network Issues
- Work with all major networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others
- Monitoring and keeping the track of all the services and monitoring tools e.g, Zabbix, Netbox, and others
- Create and update network documentation/diagrams for network implementations
- Setup, Deploy and troubleshoot VOIP Phones and related services
- Manage, administer, test, and troubleshoot CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances Systems
- Work with virtualization technologies i.e. VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V
- Set up and administer Active Directories and Server roles
- Setup and Maintain Google workspace, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print Servers, and SQL
- Keeping the client software and servers up to date

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering related studies( CS, Telecom, Electrical, etc)
- Fresh to 1 year of similar experience
- CCNA and MCSE Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills are a must.
