Responsibilities:
As an Administrator at Baitussalam Tech Park, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around coordinating courses, facilitating communication between instructors and students, and overseeing administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Courses Coordination:**
- Collaborate with instructors to schedule courses, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of course schedules, timings, and updates.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources and technical equipment for each course.
**2. Coordination with Teachers and Students:**
- Facilitate communication between teachers and students, addressing queries and concerns.
- Assist teachers in preparing course materials, presentations, and technical setups.
- Collect feedback from students and relay it to the relevant instructors for continuous improvement.
**3. Attendance Monitoring:**
- Manage attendance tracking for all courses and sessions.
- Communicate attendance records to instructors and management.
- Implement attendance policies and handle exceptional cases.
**4. Candidate Registration:**
- Oversee the registration process for new candidates.
- Provide guidance to potential candidates on available courses and prerequisites.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and registrations.
**5. Examination Logistics:**
- Coordinate the organization of examinations, including scheduling and venue setup.
- Circulate examination invitations to candidates and instructors.
- Ensure a smooth and secure examination process, addressing any technical issues that may arise.
**6. Course Suitability Suggestions:**
- Analyze candidate backgrounds and objectives to suggest suitable courses.
- Collaborate with instructors to match students with appropriate classes based on skill levels and aspirations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides, as well as the MS Office suite.
- Experience in authoring documents and presentations.
- Ability to create daily and weekly reports using Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with internet applications such as email, messaging, marketing, and authoring tools.
- Proficiency in administrative software and tools for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
- Proven experience in technical administration or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with instructors, students, and candidates.
