Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all import activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and secure import contracts, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with internal teams to track shipments, resolve any issues, and ensure smooth delivery of imported products
- Maintain accurate import records and documentation for audit purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to optimize import processes and minimize costs
- Provide regular reports and updates on import activities to the management team

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import operations and customs clearance procedures
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs tariff, and documentation requirements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Proficient in using import software and tools to track shipments and manage documentation
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize import activities
