Customer Service Representative ( Night Shift)

Campus92 is seeking a qualified and experienced "CSR" for night shift to join our institute. This is a Full-time office based job. Apply only if you can work at office in Night shift. Students enrolled in Bachelor's are encourage to apply. Female are encourage to apply. Pick and Drop will be provided to Female.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or database.
• Create and implement effective sales tactics to increase sales.
• Be familiar with our products or services and be able to properly markets them to customers.
• Meet set targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objective in given accounts.
• Close sales and achieved assigned monthly targets.

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 + Other Benefits as well.

Job Timing : 9pm to 6am (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

• Intermediate or bachelor's (Preferred)
• English Speaking for effective online communication.
• Persuasive and effective negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing or sales role
