Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company's supply chain operations.
2. Manage and oversee daily operations of the supply chain department, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
3. Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures in the supply chain process.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication between departments.
5. Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
6. Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and industry developments to make informed decisions regarding supply chain activities.
7. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in all supply chain operations.
8. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Job Specification
1. Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in the furniture industry.
2. Proficient in supply chain management software and systems.
