Job Description:
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Pakson International Plastic Industries Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in leading the operations and driving the growth of our organization. With your extensive experience in the furniture industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the successful delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational objectives and drive business growth.
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence across the organization.

- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar leadership role in the furniture industry.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
