Job Description
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy to enhance the online visibility and ranking of our digital assets. Your role involves staying updated on industry trends, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organic growth.
Keyword Research:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
- Analyze keyword trends, search volumes, and competition to inform content strategy.
On-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and URL structures.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance organic visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
Technical SEO:
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting site performance.
- Collaborate with web development teams to implement SEO-friendly site architecture.
Link Building:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the website's authority.
- Cultivate relationships with relevant websites and influencers for link-building opportunities.
SEO Audits and Reporting:
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate and present comprehensive SEO performance reports, detailing key metrics and insights.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry changes and algorithm updates.
- Continuously research and implement emerging SEO trends and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices.
- Provide guidance and training on SEO principles to cross-functional teams.
Job Specification
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
