We are seeking the services of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our branch office at Adyala Road, Rawalpindi.

Salary: 20,000 (PKR) + bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Acquire excellent knowledge of various products marketed by the Company
  • Open and maintain customer records by updating account information in the backend
  • Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements, and customer requests
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
  • Manages the office and administration duties as per the Company policy

Job Specification

Key Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in URDU/English is a must.
  • Must have knowledge / understanding of offline user behavior (for example, household consumers)
  • Excellent telephone etiquettes and an ability to convince consumers: if they're buying the same thing from somewhere why not from YOU then?
  • Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Possess an ability to establish a rapport with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely way.

Qualifications and Interpersonal Skills:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply
  • Creative thinker with the ability to understand and transform technical information and convey the same to the customers in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with minimal direct supervision
  • Excellent planning, organizing and negotiating skills
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines
