Job Description
Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management.
Facilitate project planning, reviews, demos and meetings
Manage enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges.
Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
Provide direction and support to project team to adhere/ maintain all quality standards during the project implementation and manage the fields team as to adherence of project activities.
Maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all departments to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training. Ensure coordination of the interfaces of R&D with EA, IT and operations.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Job Specification
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Expertise in a Microsoft Tools such as MS Project, Project Server, MS Office.
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex software and learn quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills.
