Requirements: Masters in any discipline from accredited university.
Experience: 8 to 10 Years experience in same capacity.

Acquire the physical resources necessary to start work.
Draft the timetable for teachers and work schedule for other staff.
Hire the required manpower.Draft the school development plan.
Draft job description, duties and check lists for staff.
Share the vision with the school community and make a plan how we can achieve our goal with effective manner.
Strong communication skills.
Create strategies for supervision.
Develop and Educational Information Management System (EMIS).
Develop a sustainable system parental involvement.
Implement a strong discipline management system.
Maintain healthy links with the higher management.
Establish a system to meet teachers, management personnel, admin staff and parents regularly.
