Job Description: Night Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Accounting Industry
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns via phone
- Handling accounting-related questions and providing accurate information to customers
- Assisting customers with billing, payments, and account adjustments
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with accounting principles and software applications is a plus
