• Provide first-level support to customers on product inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand and communicate new features and updates.
• Assist customers in product configuration and troubleshooting.
• Document and escalate technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning about new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
• Familiarity with Healthcare is advantageous.
