Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Monitor and manage multiple eBay accounts.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings.
• Implement strategies to improve product visibility and ranking.

Optimization:

• Conduct regular performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better search results.
• Utilize eBay analytics and insights to enhance listings and increase sales.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage feedback and reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.

Marketing and Promotions:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Competitor Analysis:

• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Adjust strategies based on competitor analysis to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an eBay Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of eBay's policies, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing and promotions.
• Familiarity with online marketplace trends and dynamics.
