Job Description: Night CSR/TSR & Call Center Agents (English) Job for experienced as well as for fresh agents with excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding queries and issues.
2. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
3. Assist customers in resolving accounting-related problems or concerns.
4. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
6. Meet individual and team targets on call handling and customer satisfaction.

1. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proven customer service experience or strong customer service orientation.
5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
6. Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours.
