Overview:
Client servicing is the process of creating and maintaining a strong working rapport with each client. It is about understanding the needs and desires of the customer, and moving to meet those needs in a proactive manner.

The client services executive works directly under the supervision of the Account Manager and in liaison with the marketing team, production team, creative team and Finance team.

Meeting with the client for receiving briefs about the upcoming project ·
Checking availability of dates and photographers for upcoming projects·
Coordination with the creative team for preparation of mood boards according to the client’s brief·
Coordinating with the production team for developing the budget of each project keeping in mind the number of products that are being shot, the possible locations, model options and their availability·
Giving cost estimation of each project to the client ·
Locking dates of the project and communicating to the team ·
Coordinating with the client for the acquisition of product before the shoot·
Coordinating with the client on the days of the shoot for their food ·
Record maintenance of each client and project
