Job Description

Title Administrator Trainee

Vivid Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (1 position)

Qualifications:

Intermediate in any subject from science or biology is mandatory for this position. No need for previous experience in any field. We will also give chance to students which are continuing their bachelor's or Master's degrees.

Skills:

The following are the skills that are a must during the recruitment session.

· Can assist in all aspects related to office flow.

· Can write and understand a high level of English.

· Can speak a moderate level of English.

· Is familiar with Data entry into Office Files.

· Can keep professional attributes within working hours.

· Problem-solving and advising skill is a must.

· Can work without or with minimal supervision.

· Knowledge about using different software for editing and making advertisements.

General Responsibilities:

The Assistant Coordinator is responsible for assisting Director and Senior Coordinator along with other Trainer Staff in the overall administration, planning, and supervision of students and coordination of services. He will also be responsible for dealing with visitors and guiding them accordingly about OSH. Other than that he will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist with fall opening housekeeping planning and preparation.

Assist in student admission issues.

Attend meetings and activities during and after business hours as required.

Provide feedback to Senior Coordinator about facilities issues and performance of professional staff and student concerns.

Assist with Training Scheduling.

Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with Senior Coordinator and Director.

Assist in office decision-making and the development of Office policies.

Identify and utilize appropriate liaisons in the accomplishment of objectives.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to learn and perform other duties as assigned.

Perform all related duties as requested.

Can perform duties off working hours if requested.

Can keep all office-related records.

Welcome visitors and guide them on our services.

Attend calls and keep record.

Other duties as assigned by Senior Coordinator.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: Rs18,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
