This job entails building and managing a digital narrative penned by an author - Emad Ahmad. The incumbent is expected to oversee and manage the entire branding of the author, his books, and the underlying message in his writings. We are looking for an individual who

• Has a keen interest in literature (both English and Urdu) and can understand the technical details of different categories of literature.
• Is capable of understanding and comprehending key insights in the author’s words (books, lectures, trainings, discussions etc.)
• Is capable of translating the author’s vision to a larger audience in a way that people resonate with it.
• Can develop a compelling narrative that communicates the author's message effectively across various platforms.
• Can develop and cultivate an engaged community through online and offline channels, fostering dialogue around the author's work.
• Can create and curate content (textual, audio, visual) that aligns with the author's message and resonates with the target audience.
• Is passionate about spreading this message and has a capability to promptly enhancing the skillset as and when needed.
• Has a positive outlook about advancing human development and creating positive change.

Technical expertise:

• Handling social media accounts (content, posts, audience engagement etc.)
• Content planning, management and optimization
• Professional and high-quality audio and video recording
• Video creation and editing
• Developing and editing high-quality videos for YouTube channel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relationship marketing
• Website optimization
