Responsibilities:
- Support the Export Manager in handling all export operations, including documentation, shipping, and logistics.
- Liaise with international clients, agents, and distributors to ensure efficient and timely order processing.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts.
- Evaluate customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with international trade practices and export procedures.
