Our manufacturing facilities include the latest weaving machines in plain, Dobby, and Jacquard, along with a processing unit equipped with the latest machines. Our main product categories include Home woven textiles, Home knit textiles, and Terry towels.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
2. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
3. Monitor production schedules and track order progress.
4. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
5. Assist in product development and sourcing new suppliers.
6. Create and maintain sales reports and analyze market data.
7. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
8. Manage product samples and keep track of inventory.
9. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop marketing strategies.
10. Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the Textiles industry.
2. Strong knowledge of towel manufacturing and production processes.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
9. Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
10. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
