Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for their inquiries and concerns
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team productivity
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights on key metrics to senior management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software industry
