We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Booker/Order Taker for Household Cleaning products. In this role, you will be responsible for taking and managing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and maintaining effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders for Household Cleaning products. Ensure accuracy in order details, including specifications, quantities, and delivery instructions. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill orders on time. Maintain clear and open communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any inquiries. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Keep accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience of 3-5 years in order booking/order taking, preferably in the Household Cleaning products. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Familiarity with aluminum profiles and related products is a plus. Proficient in using computer systems and order processing software. Have basic knowledge of Household Cleaning products and their use.
Requirements:
Intermediate/High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs1,000.00 - Rs1,001.00 per month
