Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video posts, to foster audience interaction and increase brand awareness.
Platform Management: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any emerging platforms.
Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, track audience growth, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and designers, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to proactively suggest and implement new strategies.
