Location: Remote - Pakistan (From Your Home/Personal Work Space)

Salary: 38,000 Rupees/Month + Incentives

Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Lead Generation. This role is crucial for supporting Canadian financial professionals in expanding their client base and enhancing their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads for various financial services including life insurance, property and casualty, home and auto insurance, and mortgage services via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies.

Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand Canadian financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.

Brand Management: Assist in developing and maintaining a strong online presence for our clients through strategic digital marketing efforts.

Client Communication: Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and positive representation of our clients.

Data Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Follow-up Strategies: Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, OR Related Past Experience.

Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.

Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
