• Own, implement and achieve operating plan in accordance with the business plan and strategy
• Develop Company’s business by introducing new plans and packages
• Attract, develop and retain necessary technical resources to support and grow field operations
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through delivery of best in class professional services on time Act as face of the Company in the market in order to promote Company’s name and capabilities
  

• BSc in Civil Engineering preferably from top local engineering universities/schools
• Minimum 5-7 years’ professional experience in construction industry and allied trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint and HVAC)
• Male, 35-40 years of age, preferably from Lahore
• Self-driven and result oriented with strong planning, business development and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team, set high performance standards, provide constructive feedback, to achieve continually increasing performance levels and customer satisfaction
