Tasks
 To Handle Web Application campaign to UK, US and local customers
 Telemarketing and bring heavy net traffic for our web based projects
 To resolve queries of application users
 To deliver agreed number of qualified appointments / leads to sales individuals at targeted level of quality.
 Providing quality customer service through one-call resolution and establishing long-term customer relations by exceeding customer expectations.
Job Specification
 Must be highly professional, motivated & result oriented
 Exceptional phone and personal communication skills.
British Accent or American Accent is required
 Customer Service Oriented
 Willing to work on shifting schedule
 A proven track record of meeting and exceeding set goals.
 Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
 Specific Telemarketing experience and sales background
 Organizational skills to manage large prospect databases
 Experience (not necessary but experienced campaigners will be preferred)
 Ability to do inbound and Outbound Sales.
 Must possess ability to quickly adapt and seamlessly handle multiple product offerings and price points
