You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the success of the event from conception to completion

Your responsibilities will include:
Event coordination from conception to completion
Pre site and onsite visits
Coordinate and monitor event timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate event logistics and manage schedules
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure event success
Handle numerous tasks simultaneously
Provide support to other members of the team
Responsible for ensuring all events are appropriate to the brand

Proficient in Microsoft Word
Well spoken English
Well Presented
Motivated and Enthusiastic
Team Player
