Account Officer/Accountant for Travel Agency
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all financial transactions and maintain accurate and detailed financial records.
2. Handle general accounting duties, including posting date , accounts payable , accounts receivable, cash book & bank statemnts.
3. Reconcile bank statements accounts payable and accounts receivable.
4. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and handle tax-related matters.
5. Provide support during audits and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
6. Prepare and present regular financial reports to management.
1. Proven experience as an Account Officer or Accountant in the travel agency/ industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of accounting /Finance.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
