Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs:
* Serves as the organizations representative for the Finance Department on Procurement issues and procedures.
* Develops and coordinates new policies and procedures regarding procurement processes.
* Monitors approval of accounts to maintain an appropriate degree of control over vendor relationships.
* May develop requirements and be involved in the automation/test of procurement and logistics software
* Coordinates daily duties of Procurement support staff.
* Maintain operation records and prepare daily transaction records
* Ensure compliance of established procedures, practices, sales and security from every Employee Manual
* Organize, manage and update store inventory system
* Check, document and report on goods received/dispatched
* Dispatch materials with proper documentation
* Close coordination with Accounts & Admin Departments
* Overall responsibility of physical stock
* Able to generate and prepare necessary inventory reports
* The showroom managers overriding responsibility is to provide the leadership to enhance the sales and profit of the store through own and staff effort.
Job Specification
* Min 5 - 7 years experience in store management.
* Job location is at plant site. (Factory Near Chounain)
* Highly resourceful and results oriented attitude.
* Quality Control Attitude;
* High I.Q., flexibility and team player.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
* Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and selling skills
* Must be able to work long hours and have the ability to deal with a diverse workforce
* Must be able to take calculated risks in order to achieve ambitions/goals
