Job SummaryPosition is responsible to understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document requirements and then support the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Understand and respond to user needs in rapidly changing business environments.
- All of the business procedures, formulas, policies and requirements are thoroughly interpreted & analyzed in a step by step method.
- Identify any sort of weaknesses and aims to eliminate them by incorporating the present business practices with newer technology systems and efficient processes.
- Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
- Document existing manual paper based processes, identifying problems and new business requirements, and then automating these processes through computerized systems.
- Work with internal User department. Implementation team, product management team and support teams to capture requirements to their satisfaction.
- Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
- Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
- Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
- Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
- Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Provide coaching and guidance to other designers, programmers and software engineers regarding the business processes.
- Coordinate with testing team in beta testing, upgrades and system enhancements in line with the requirements.

· Hands on with core banking application in various roles
· Exposure to banking processes and procedures
Degrees in Computer sciences with exposure to business or Degree in business management with diversified exposure to IT systems
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience.
