- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in the Information Technology and Services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
