Telesales Executive

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

· Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.

· Up sell other products wherever possible.

· Researching prospects and generating leads.

· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

· Also, be well read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers.

· Maintain good customer relations.

· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

· Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

· Building and maintaining a CRM database.

· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Participating in sales team meetings

Bachelor's degree in commerce or related fields is preferred.

· Prior experience of 1 year with customer service and call center in relevant job roles.

· Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

· Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.

· Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.

· Self-motivated and driven by targets

· Resilience

· The ability to influence and negotiate with others

· Selling skills - Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills.

· Customer Service Orientation

· Problem Solving - Entrepreneurial, Identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
