You need to have understanding for complex coding in Plugin development, customizing and need to have skills at OOP (object oriented programming).
You need to have experience at WooCommerce for customizations.
You need to be able to write code for any needed custom feature like a software developer.
You need to be able to custmize existing plugins or create new plugin. Handle Custom Post Types, also maybe with Advanced Custom Fields.
