Universal Brothers, a leading accounting firm based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking experienced professionals to join our Accounts and Administration departments. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Oversee administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide support to senior management in making strategic financial decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficient in the use of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
